Hey! Is Rich Presence part of the Steam Web API? If it isn't, does it still have the same 100,000 request limit per day? For example, if I'd call it to get 12 of my friends Rich Presences every 10 seconds (103,680 calls a day), would I stop receiving a response when the 100,000 call limit is exceeded? Thanks!
