I could find no other information on this, i too get the captch loop bug. Using the exemple storehouse-steamcommunity.js from https://github.com/DoctorMcKay/node-steam-tradeoffer-manager. I added console.log(err.captchaurl); to the if(err) of steam.login function, then i add en entry to the logOnOptions Arrray like this "captcha":"CQF2CO" But still get captcha error, and i've solved diffrent captcha.
