Inventory request stricter throttling policy

Hello,

a couple of weeks ago Valve limited the number of requests to its endpoint https://steamcommunity.com/inventory/<STEAMID>/440/2.

Setting the items per request <2000 and limiting the number of requests fixed the problem.

It seems that a couple of days ago, Valve introduced another stricter throttling policy: after a 3-4 requests (in a minute?) my bot gets blacklisted and I keep getting 429 error.

Has anyone been able to bypass this block?
