Unable to accept tradeoffers using the desktop authenticator

Hey there,

 

i hope this is the right place to ask but i'm kinda desperate.

 

I can't seem to accept traeoffers anymore using my steam desktop autheticator all of a sudden. 

Up until today i accepted a few hundred trades a week without a problem but now i just get a whitescreen when refreshing and looking for new offers to confirm:

I'd really appreciate if you guys could help me out. 

I still have quite a bit of money on the account.
