selling all steam cards for fixed price

Hello, can somebody point me way how to sell all steam cards for fixed price? (I have like 20,000 cards from same game, every card 0,03€)

This is against the steam tos so watch out when doing this. You should check how steam the steam site sends requests when you list an item and replicate that
