tf2 v3 only supports steam-user v4.2.0 or later

So, ive updated both tf2 and steam-user, but

their versions show as 3.0.1 for tf2

and 4.13.0 for steam-user

have i installed the wrong version of tf2?

Ok so ive solved the issue, how do i close this topic?
