Need to send trade offer peer to peer. No bot involved. For that I have only two things. Api key and trade offer url.

I have a case where i need to send trade offer between two real users. There are only three things i have access of. 

Api key
Trade offer url
SteamID

 

Is there any way i can send trade offer from a real user account to another without actually knowing the username and password of their steam account?
