Keep getting a "HTTP CONNECT 403 Forbidden" error while using httpProxy setting

Hey i'm using steam-user to login but when using the `httpProxy` setting it gives me a HTTP CONNECT 403 Forbidden error.

I am using oxylabs proxies and they are rotating

When i try setting webCompatibilityMode to true it just doesnt spit out anything even though the script is running

You'll need to take that up with your proxy provider; the proxy is rejecting your forwarding request. Maybe you need to supply a username or password, or you need to tell the provider which IP you're going to connect from.
