Error Method getPersonas

I encountered a problem when calling the getPersonas method, I pass it the steam id as a string or an object, it doesn’t matter, the response is a Request time out error, has anyone encountered this problem, I’ll leave screenshots below

 

const clientS = new SteamUser();

clientS.getPersonas([steamid], function (err, personas) {
  if(err) console.log(err.message)
  else console.log(personas[steamid]);
})

Looks like you're calling getPersonas before you're logged on.
