extract chat_id and group_id from Chat Room Groups

Is there a way to extract the chat_id and group_id from a "Chat Room Groups", the following code does not work, it should but nothing happens

const client = new SteamUser();

client.logOn({
    accountName: 'x',
    password: 'x'
});

client.on('loggedOn', () => {
    console.log('Connected');
});

client.on('chatMessage', (chatGroupID, chatID, message) => {
