I'm currently running on alex7kom's trade offer's library and was wondering if anyone ever converted over to dr mckay's from alex7kom's library and if so how difficult was it?

Read both documentations and see what's different. Then just create it again, but using the correct methods and functions. It will depend of how big its your code.
