I buy in vds ip v4 and add code

 community: new SteamCommunity({localAddress: ip}),

where ip this vds ip

But i have error:

 ALL IS GOOD,but Error confirm,check error: Error: bind EADDRNOTAVAIL ip

What is my problem?

Sounds like you don't have a network interface set up for that IP.
