Did not save identity_secret or revocation_code when enabling two factor authentication, am I screwed?

Hello,

I used node-steam-user to enable two-factor authentication. I only saved the shared_secret, but unfortunately did not save the identity_secret or revocation_code. Is there any way for me to recover this account without the aid of Steam support? What should I do from here?
