Rich Presence request limit?

Hey!

Is Rich Presence part of the Steam Web API? If it isn't, does it still have the same 100,000 request limit per day?

For example, if I'd call it to get 12 of my friends Rich Presences every 10 seconds (103,680 calls a day), would I stop receiving a response when the 100,000 call limit is exceeded?

Nothing that steam-user does uses the WebAPI. There might be limits on various requests, but the WebAPI limit doesn't apply here.

Using steam-user to listen for the user event doesn't make any requests at all; Steam pushes down profile updates as they happen.
