How to determine which party reverted a Steam trade?

I'm trying to find out if there is any reliable way to see who initiated a trade rollback. The GetTradeHistory API endpoint does not provide any field identifying whether party performed the revert action.

Is there any endpoint, internal flag, or alternative method available to accurately determine which party reverted a trade?
