Change IP on steamcommunity

How do I change IP for steamcommunity node?

var community = new SteamCommunity({localAddress: '127.0.0.1'}); // not working
var offers = new SteamTradeOffers({localAddress: '127.0.0.1'});

Are you actually trying to use 127.0.0.1 as your local address, or is that just a placeholder for this post?

local on my pc to test it should be public ip yes?

On your local PC it should be your private IP, but not 127.0.0.1.
