If you just use node-steamcommunity without any special parameters, it will act as if it's a mobile login.

when we auth in the Steam using the logOn method, which device is logged on? web, client, or phone? Or we specify it through the clientos property ?

If you're asking what kind of device Steam thinks logged in, it's a client.
