Issue with GetTradeOffer: Getting HTTP 420 Errors

The GetTradeOffer function hasn't been working properly for a few weeks for me now. After just 2–3 requests, it starts returning an HTTP 420 error.

It seems like a strict IP rate limit, as the error persists even when switching between different Steam accounts.

Has anyone else run into this issue or found a workaround?
